Two senior practitioners will guide you through the core elements of Esalen Massage — compassionate presence, effortless long strokes, attentive muscle care, and a joyful sense of reconnection.
Through lectures, demonstrations, and guided peer practice, you’ll gain tools to refresh and expand your approach. This workshop welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners.
